Pricing & Booking Requirements

 
All of our Jerusalem Vacation Apartments are reserved on a WEEKLY basis.

The Apartments during non-Peak seasons are between $150-$350/night and reserved on a Weekly Basis.

NON-Holiday rental rates are based upon an initial weekly rate with reduced daily rates thereafter.

Holiday rental rates, such as Pesach and Succot, are typically for 10 day rental periods with reduced daily rates thereafter.

50% Deposit in USD required to confirm reservation.

50% Balance in USD due upon arrival and receiving keys and operating instructions.

We accept all major credit cards, personal checks and money orders in USD.

Reservations become final upon receipt of deposit.
